Make-Up Lessons:

If you need to reschedule a lesson, please keep in mind that the tuition for that lesson is still due. Monthly tuition  reserves your lesson slot in the studio.    If a miss is anticipated in advance, notify instructor with alternative dates and times and efforts will be made to ask another student to switch with your slot.   If a student is ill (running a fever, throwing up, etc.) or there is a true family emergency, he/she will be placed higher on a make-up list.   When there is a cancellation during my regularly scheduled lesson times, you are notified based on your priority on the list. Every effort will be made to reschedule a lesson, but it is not guaranteed.
